$150 per 50-minute session; Intake psychosocial history and diagnostic assessment is required for the initial session ($195.00). Subsequent visits are generally $150.00 per 50 minute session.
Dr. Anderson works with a variety of insurance companies and employee assistance programs. You can call the toll-free number on the back of your health insurance card to ask what your outpatient mental health benefits are, as well as your annual deductible AND whether it has yet been met, the amount of your co-payments, the number of sessions allowed and whether Dr. Conrad A. Anderson, LCSW, is a preferred, in-network provider for your insurer.
Please CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT to find out if Dr. Conrad Anderson, LCSW is an in-network or approved provider for you. If so, please be sure to OBTAIN A PREAUTHORIZATION from them and call our offices with this number and your eligibility information
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), or employee benefit plan. Again, please call your INSURANCE PLAN FIRST to check your coverage of whether we are in YOUR NETWORK and our services will be covered. Question very carefully by asking your insurance provider the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my yearly deductible and has it been met? How much will I personally owe at the appointments?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover, and how many do I have left for this year?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

In the event that insurance claims submitted for our services are denied for ANY reason, the client is responsible for the entire amount due.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment of insurance deductables, etc. All deductables and the patient's portion of our charges must be paid up front, BEFORE any services are rendered. You may also elect to pay your portion of the fee by clicking on the "make a payment" link on the left side of this website. A wide variety of secure credit card and PayPal transfer options are provided for your convenience.
Cash-only patients - in order to reserve your first appointment, you must pre-pay to reserve your appointment. You may use your credit card or PayPal to reserve your time. If paying cash or credit card, you MUST use the "MAKE A PAYMENT" link on the left side of this website to remit the appropriate fee. Please call our office for further details if needed. NO REFUNDS unless you CANCEL your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
NOTICE: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not NOTIFIED us at least 24 HOURS in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Reduced fee services are available on a very limited basis. This is rarely done, on a pre-paid, CASH-ONLY basis-no checks.
